Yoel Kazor
Founder & Principal
I’m Yoel Kazor, Founder & Principal of Magen Estate Stewardship. Originally from Canada, I’m now based in Boca Raton, Florida. With over 10 years of experience in residential construction, I’ve developed a strong understanding of property operations, project oversight, and the attention to detail required to maintain exceptional homes. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from York University, with a specialization in Accounting.
I bring that experience to Magen Estate Stewardship through a hands-on, highly personalized approach. Built on trust, discretion, and consistent communication, my goal is to ensure every property receives the care and attention it deserves, allowing homeowners to enjoy their homes with confidence and peace of mind.

Everything in Professional Home Watch, plus:
- A minimum of two property visits per week, with additional visits tailored to your residence’s needs
- Preventative maintenance planning
- All vendor calls, inquiries, scheduling, rescheduling, and updates managed on your behalf by our dedicated office team
- Home access, vendor meetings, and on-site oversight, with follow-through to confirm agreed work meets our standards
- Coordination of household appointments and personal arrangements
- Arrival and departure preparation, including cleaning coordination before and after your stay
- Advanced property monitoring, including moisture, humidity, and thermal observations
- Pre- and post-storm preparation and property checks as conditions allow, with approved vendors arranged as needed
Your personal proposal
Each plan is a starting point, shaped around your residence and priorities. Your proposal confirms the services, visit schedule, and fee; tailoring your plan does not automatically increase the cost.
Repairs, contractor charges, and other work outside Magen’s services are paid separately by the homeowner. With optional repair coordination, we can arrange minor repairs, advance payment within your pre-agreed spending limit, and bill you afterward. Costs above that limit require your approval.
